Following a customer call ☎️ regarding blocked soakaway pipework, our team performed a high-pressure jetting service and cleared a significant root mass. CCTV inspection revealed that root ingress was originating within the soakaway itself and extending upwards into the pipework.

To avoid disrupting the patio, we decided to reline the existing clay pipework. We also extended the system by an additional 2 meters to comply with current building regulations and installed a crate-style soakaway unit in the lawn area.

The customer called in ☎️ with a complaint of a crumbing cement, damaged inspection chamber cover on her driveway and smells. 💩

The issue was investigated and the frame bedding was found to be damaged, the interceptor trap was also blocked causing the smells.🕵️

The interceptor trap has now been removed and replaced with straight section of PVC pipework to prevent blockages.

A new 12.5 tonne rated cast iron inspection chamber cover and frame has also been installed with granolithic mortar mix. 🔧🧰⛏️

All now flowing efficiently 💦✅
